¿What is included in your services?
We take care of everything when you book a vacation package with Wish Upon a Plane. Our planning and consultation resemble a Concierge Service.
What does Concierge Service mean?
We work on planning every detail of your vacation, you will receive recommendations tailored to your family, travel dates, and trip purpose. We keep an eye on announcements that will impact your trip and check in with you throughout the planning process to ensure the itinerary is adjusted accordingly. Additionally, we monitor your vacation package for promotions and alternatives and notify you if/when they become available.
– After we have made the deposit on your vacation, we are available to answer any questions you may have. We work together to plan every detail, including the order in which the parks should be visited, dining options, daily itinerary, and rest days.
– Before traveling, you will receive a full itinerary including our tested recommendations to maximize the time in the parks.
– After you review the itinerary, we will schedule a phone call so that you can have all your questions answered.
– During your trip, we are available to help you troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.
Is there a fee for your services?
When it comes to Theme Park vacations, our concierge service is included when you book a vacation package that includes both park tickets and hotel at no additional cost. If you are traveling to a destination that requires a custom itinerary an additional fee may be associated with my services.
I only need theme park tickets, what service do you offer in that case?
When you purchase only theme park tickets, we offer you the best option according to your travel dates. You will also receive general information about each park you will visit and tips to maximize the time spent at the parks.
If you wish you include our Concierge Service, you can add it for an additional fee. This fee varies depending on the destination and travel dates.
I am overwhelmed with all the planning, but I already purchased my theme park tickets and booked our hotel. Can you help me?

I booked a vacation package on the web, can you help me plan all the details?
If you booked a vacation package through Walt Disney World Travel Co., depending on your travel dates and the status of your reservation, we could request assigning Wish Upon a Plane as your Travel Agency. However, there are certain conditions that need to be met. Please send an email to [email protected] so that we can review the options available.
I booked my vacation with a different Travel Agency, but I still have a lot of questions. Can you help me plan all the details?
I’m sorry, but as a professional courtesy, Wish Upon a Plane doesn’t work with clients who are already booked with another Travel Agency.
I am price shopping several travel agencies/agents… Do you offer promotions and/or discounts?
Wish Upon a Plane works with Walt Disney Travel Company, Universal Studios, and Sea World as direct suppliers. The prices and promotions available are the same as you will find on their official website. If at the time of booking there is no promotion/discount available, but one is announced later, as long as the travel dates, resort and availability coincide with yours, it will be applied and the final price adjusted.
If you are already in touch with another Travel Agency/Travel Agent, as a professional courtesy, Wish Upon a Plane asks you to continue with the Travel Agent you have already made contact with and have started planning your vacation.
What is the payment method?
Wish Upon a Plane doesn’t receive payments from you. Instead, all charges are made to your debit/credit card from each supplier. If there is a need for reimbursement, it will be made from each supplier using the original payment method.
What are the terms and conditions of my reservation? What happens if I need to cancel it?
Wish Upon a Plane offers the same terms and conditions that every supplier offers when booking direct. Wish Upon a Plane will apply the same cancellation/refund/modification policy that each supplier has at the time of booking. You will receive them along with the reservation hold before any deposit is made.
